IP Powerhouse Co., LLC QBO Reporting Connector: End-User License Agreement

This connector is a private, internal tool operated by IP Powerhouse Co., LLC ("we") for its own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered, sold or licensed to any third party.

1. Use. Only authorized IP Powerhouse Co., LLC personnel may connect a QuickBooks Online company or use the data obtained through this connector, and only for internal accounting, reconciliation and system-migration work.
2. Read-only. The connector requests the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope and performs read operations only. It does not create, change or delete QuickBooks data.
3. No warranty. The connector is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verify exported figures against QuickBooks before relying on them.
4. Disconnect. The company admin can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) or by asking the owner to revoke the connection.
