• What we access. Accounting data of IP Powerhouse Co., LLC's own QuickBooks Online company (company info, lists, transactions, reports, attachments) via Intuit's Accounting API, read-only.
• Why. Internal financial reconciliation and migration between IP Powerhouse Co., LLC's business systems. We do not sell, rent or share the data, and we do not use it for advertising.
• Where it is stored. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted-at-rest in Cloudflare Durable Object storage; exports are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket in the United States, reachable only with IP Powerhouse Co., LLC's credentials.
• Who can see it. Only authorized IP Powerhouse Co., LLC personnel and the automation they operate.
• Retention. Exports are kept only as long as needed for the reconciliation/migration and then deleted. Disconnecting revokes access; tokens are deleted.
